Brought my Vette in after it was rear ended. Lots of glass work, rims redone,paint and a lot of extra service done. truly utstanding work. Could not be happier. The only issue I had was they took their time to do it RIGHT!! Thanks Dave and the whole crew.

I've used Pit Stop twice for body work and both experiences were great. The receptionist in the body shop went out of her way to help me carry a few items to my vehicle. My car was returned to me clean and looking great! Most importantly, I left feeling like a valued customer.

Informed, prompt dealings with Shannon on the phone. This is a place I don't hesitate to recommend and would look forward to sending my car to (if it was having trouble). That peace of mind is a great feeling. Thanks for your help.

Everything about my visit to Pit Stop was incredible!

I went to these guys with two mystery noises coming from my car. They very quickly found the source of the problem (something other mechanics have been unable to do), and fixed my car very efficiently.
I actually LOVE driving my car again!!!

I also have to say a thing or two about Roul: This guy understands what customer service is all about. Extremely friendly and helpful. He told me what was going on with my car every step of the way. You just don't run into customer service like this very often anymore.

Also, drop off an pick up from work made service with Pit Stop completely hassle free.

I have found my new mechanic shop - as long as I live near New Orleans, I will only use Pit Stop.

I would like to thank the boys at PitStop for a great job on my car. She had a gas leak that needed completely changed. The service was friendly, quick and at a good price. She is purring like a kitten.

I had only brought my car in once before (just bought a used car) but when I had an issue with my car not starting Ruel fit me in without an appointment and had me ready to go the same day. These guys have my loyalty.

My jeep stopped on me while I was driving. I had it towed to Pep Boys and they diagnosed it as needing a new computer system. They told me to have it repaired at a dealership. During my search for the closest dealer I found Pit Stop. I really stumbled on something GREAT! The wonderful woman quoted me a price and set things up. When I was ready to have my vehicle towed to Pit Stop I spoke with Rule. From what I told him he suspected that it was NOT the computer. 30 minutes later I get a phone call stating that it was the Crank Sensor. I gave the okay, they ordered the part and I was able to pick it up before they closed for the weekend. They saved me $900. Rule suggested I go back to Pep Boys and get a refund for the mis-diagnoses. Not only did I get fast quality service but I got people who really care. My new friends at Pit Stop Auto made my 4th of July weekend SPECTACULAR! (*_*)

I wanted to thank you for providing such excellent service to your customers. I stopped by Pit Stop this morning on my way to work because my tire pressure monitor light came on while I was driving to work. Fearing I would find my car with a flat tire in the parking garage on my way home tonight, I stopped and asked if they could check my tires. Without hesitation, the service techs at Pit Stop checked my car and advised me I had a nail in my tire. They plugged the tire and sent me on my way. I will definitely keep Pit Stop Automotive in mind should I have a need for auto service in the future. Thanks for providing such great and quick service.

Just a quick thanks for the terrific detail job on my 2007 Hyundai Azera last week. I took the car into the Hyundai dealership to sell it on Saturday. They were stunned at the overall condition and presentation of the vehicle. After thoroughly looking it over, they offered me $1500 more than they offered over the phone just a week earlier! The detail job certainly paid off! Thanks again.

Spent 6 hours in this shop’s customer waiting room and was very impressed with the way they ran the shop for all 6 hours. Shannon fully explained their recommendations and let me choose among them. I left with a car (2003 vintage) that worked almost as well as new. Was a pleasure to find a repair company that doesn’t see dollar signs when you walk in the door. I am recommending Pit Stop to all my friends.
