Just a quick thanks for the terrific detail job on my 2007 Hyundai Azera last week. I took the car into the Hyundai dealership to sell it on Saturday. They were stunned at the overall condition and presentation of the vehicle. After thoroughly looking it over, they offered me $1500 more than they offered over the phone just a week earlier! The detail job certainly paid off! Thanks again.

Very Impressed

Spent 6 hours in this shop’s customer waiting room and was very impressed with the way they ran the shop for all 6 hours. Shannon fully explained their recommendations and let me choose among them. I left with a car (2003 vintage) that worked almost as well as new. Was a pleasure to find a repair company that doesn’t see dollar signs when you walk in the door. I am recommending Pit Stop to all my friends.

My son lives and goes to school at Loyola in New Orleans and had trouble with his car and took it to these fine people. I live in Birmingham Al and these folks(Rule) talked to me on the phone extensively explaining what was needed and took care of it straight away.

Honesty With Out a Doubt

My car broke down while heading to vacation in New Orleans. I had AAA tow the car to Pit Stop Automotive based on there recommendation. Not knowing specifically what was wrong with the car, I left it there in the middle of the night. I filled out the drop off form and slipped my keys into the drop off box. I received a call very promptly the next morning. They got my car in and checked out right away. They told me the major problems that needed to be fixed to make the car drivable. They also gave a couple of recommendations. I gave the go ahead to fix all major and minor recommendations. I they called them back and asked them to check and go ahead and replace several other items. They advised me that “They would not replace these items because they were in still great working order”. Honesty with OUT a doubt. If they would have replaced them, I would have never know there actual condition. Long story short my car was fixed promptly and at a fair price. I was then able to drive 1003 miles home with no problems. I would give Pit Stop Automotive an “AAA” rating. Thanks!!!

The service was prompt, and the cost was very reasonable

Although I have never allowed anyone to service my Mercedes except my Mercedes dealership and since their service department could not give me an appointment right away, I was forced to look for another place to have my car serviced before going out of town. A friend, also a Mercedes owner, told me about Pit Stop Automotive, he had his car serviced and repaired there for years and was extremely satisfied. I was a little reluctant but decided to call Pit Stop. The service was prompt, and the cost was very reasonable. The service managers, Jerry & Ruel were courteous, Mercedes knowledgeable, and exhibited the class and service you expect to find in high end service departments. My experience was very positive and I can recommend Pit Stop without reservation.

I can’t say enough good things about The Pit Stop Shop

I brought a bucket of bolts to these guys and I drove away in a fine running automobile. I can’t say enough good things about The Pit Shop.The owner gave me updates and when I had questions Andy the counter man had the answers.I always knew what was going on with my car and how they were repairing it.Shawn { The Owner} gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him anytime for anything.They told me drive the car and stay in touch with them.THEY CARE! When I picked up the car the price was just what it was quoted to me.It was just a refreshing experience and to top it off Shawn’s secretary is a knock out.

So, I had crazy amounts of damage on the passenger side of my car. My main concern was fixing the fender so that I could actually use my passenger side door (I have a Scion tc so there’s only two doors lol). I went into the consultation expecting to spend about $1500 on the repair. Not only was the quote free, but I found out the repair would only cost me about $900 (super cheap :) )!! Because I was expecting to spend $1500, I went ahead and got a quote on the rest of the damage, and the cost was still under $1500 (amazing)! My car was fixed in less than five days, and the repairs ended up being less than I was originally quoted because the guys saved an original piece of the body!! All around the service here is amazing!! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, and if I ever need body work again, they will be my first choice!!! Thank y’all so much!!
