Hello, My name is Shawn Berger, I am the owner and operator of Pit Stop Automotive. I have been in the automotive repair industry for 17 years. I have 9 certifications from the national institute for automotive service excellence which are:
Advanced level specialist
Engine repair
Manual drive train and axles
Engine performance
Electrical/electronic systems
Heating and air conditioning
Engine repair
Advanced fuel delivery systems
Service consulting

I have also completed the specialized electronics training (SET Program) for automotive and truck electrical and electronic computer systems.

My goal at Pit Stop is to deliver the highest level of service and repair to you every visit. I am proud of what we are doing here at Pit Stop Automotive and what we have built. Our team consists of myself with 17 years experience and 3 more technicians that have a minimum of 8 years experience each and are certified. Our technicians attend all Napa auto care center-training programs to ensure we stay up to date on all the latest technology. We maintain and update all equipment and diagnostic systems to accurately diagnose and repair your vehicle. Our shop is clean and well organized to keep efficiency and quality at its best. We strive to give same day service to every customer and complete most jobs the same day.
